Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the online store system based on the weight and size of the items
In some cases, shipping costs are charged for a large package, but it will fit in a small package. We will then neatly refund the amount of paid shipments. 

Sometimes it is cheaper in terms of shipping costs to place 2 separate orders.

Most items can simply be sent via parcel service.

You can see the shipping costs of a specific item by placing the item in the shopping cart and you will immediately see the shipping costs.

We often have a delivery route through the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, so we deliver ourselves.

​(except for the islands, this is possible at an additional cost)

We sometimes deliver larger packages via a transport company.

Most packages up to 30 kilos can be sent abroad according to the rates in the online store.

Shipping costs may differ due to, for example, dimensions, weight or place of delivery (for example on the islands), but we will always contact you about this in advance.

so that you have the choice whether you will have it delivered for that purpose.

In the event of damage, the same item will be resent, or we can pay compensation in consultation.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the item after receipt, you can return it and receive your money back.

You must then return it within 14 days of receipt in sturdy packaging, and please state the order number. As soon as we have received the package, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.

When returning, the shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

​We basically ship all over the world.

Shipping takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

If we have the items in stock and you order on time, we will aim to process and/or ship your order the same or next day and you will receive it the next day.

We have a large stock and receive new items almost every day, so we can usually deliver everything at short notice.

​During the holiday periods, during public holidays and during busy periods, it may sometimes take longer before you receive your order, hoping for your understanding.

We of course hope that all items you ordered are to your liking, if that is not the case you can return them.
You will then receive your purchase amount back after we have received the items back in good order.
Many of our products are handmade and therefore not always 100% dimensionally stable and the color may sometimes differ.
The shipping and return costs are at your expense.
You can of course also pick up or return the items to our store.
The following rules apply to custom work or upholstered furniture/products.
Your order will be described on the invoice. You must check this in advance for accuracy. For custom orders we require a down payment (25%) because these products are specially manufactured on request. The down payment amount is stated on the invoice. You must pay the amount in advance. The order will be processed after receipt of the deposit. If you cancel the order, we will not refund the amount.
